The titanium cooking surface sits over a full aluminum core for edge-to-edge heat distribution, with a stainless steel base that works on every cooktop including induction. The ergonomic handle stays cool on the stovetop and the balanced weight feels natural when you toss.
Why Dual-Engineered Titanium?
Most pans are built around a coating - a thin sprayed layer that starts degrading from the first use. Bellavita is built around a titanium surface that is part of the pan's construction. It doesn't peel. It doesn't flake. And it doesn't lose release after six months of regular cooking.
How To Cook With Titanium
Preheat on medium heat for 90 seconds. Add a small amount of olive oil or butter. Let the oil shimmer before adding food. The titanium surface works best with a bit of fat - just like cooking in a traditional Italian kitchen. Don't skip the preheat. It's what makes everything release cleanly.

Care Instructions
Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid abrasive cleaners and steel wool. For stubborn residue, soak in warm water for 10 minutes. Dry immediately to prevent water spots. Store with felt protectors between stacked pans.

Yes. There are no PFAS, PTFE or PFOA anywhere in the pan, because there is no chemical coating to begin with. Nothing leaches into your food because there's no separate layer to break down — just solid, food-safe metal.
